Payment done but didn't get the units

I have made 2 payments one of 800 INR and other of 400 INR, and didn't get the units and money is deducted.
Also now I am going to buy again, it is saying error, item already bought.
Help here

    Hi, in the store I checked, there are successful transaction shown on Google.play but respective unit were not being received in my game account.

    I have spend around 4400 rs INR today, and with total 6 transactions. In which only for 3 I got the units. One 400 and two 800 rs transaction was not reflected in my mcoc game account that total 2000 rs worth of units not reflectedin my game.

    Please help here, by either providing the refund or the unit in the game.

    Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours to show in your Account, but you can also open a Support Ticket in-game using the Gear Icon, and reach out to Kabam Support. They can probably help you better since the Moderators can't access your Account.
