What should I do next?

My account is at the point where I have around 35 four stars and 6 five stars, and I made it through Act 4 once, what should I focus on next?

If yes, i'll suggest you
1)st focus on AW, AQ and monthly quest, collect catalyst and shards,
2) rank up champ for attack, at least 5 champ as 5/5 4* or 3/5 5*
3) rank up 5 champ for defense at least rank 4/5 as 4* or 2/5 5*
*You can look on seatim tier list champ good for attack and defense
4) after you already have 5 champs (attacker) maxed 4* or 5* 3/5, you can start play act 5.1 (choose easiest path)
Or if you think you're ready to beat collector (which mean u need to hoard alot unit and potion) go for it.
Incase you want to try and go through act 5
