Attacked after medium dash attack

Hey all, so I don’t know if it is me but with some champs that have slower animations (venom and void so far) I am getting hit immediately after I charge into a block. I used to be able to 4 hit and back out (used to deal with medusa on stun immune) but now I get immediately hit and basically it is game over. This is also inconsistently happening which is infuriating
