Arena reward problems

Why is it that my partner can get 450,000 points in a 3* arena and get the featured champion yet i can get 620,000 points in the same arena and not be eligable for the features champion

    You are in a different bracket from your friend.

    0-30 days - beginner
    31-60 days - intermediate
    61- days onwards - veteran

    The cutoffs differ in each bracket. You must be in the veteran bracket and your friend must be in begginer/intermediate. The cutoffs for veteran are MUCH higher than that of the other two. Hope this clears things!
