    Doc oc is a really good champ (at least in comparision to the others on the list).
    Heimdall would be my second Option, but he is not there for playing him, he is for synergys.
    So rank doc oc t r2, and if you like him really much then you can rank him to r3, too! He isnt worth r4 though
