Release block, champ charges fwd

Dunno if its just my butter fingers, but anyone notice such action before I report to bugs section? Was playing master EQ and notice my champ move fwd after block release (which shld be stand still but open target) and charged to his oblivion. If this was not the case, any suggestion for the care of fingers? :-)) i think some inputs are not registering. Button mashing perhaps? Let me know yah.
