Невозможно поменять пароль

Прошу помочь с данной проблемой. Пароль не возможно поменять по причине что маил находится на gmail.ru домен который купил сам google. Соответственно доступ на почту не возможен. Подскажите что делать в данной ситуации.

    I hope some of the admins speak russian..:) or let us translate it for them- here goes.. I need help with this problem. The password cannot be changed due to the fact that the mail is on the gmail.ru domain that google bought . So now, access to the mail is not possible. What do i do in this situation?
