Monthly Champion Rework Idea

Hey everyone, I've noticed for awhile now that people complain about certain champions (I.e Collosus, Luke Cage, Iron Patriot), but Kabam do nothing, even when they KNOW that a huge number of people largely dislike those champions. So with those champions and many more disliked champions being in the 5 star crystal, I think it's time for a change. I think every month we should get to vote on one champion to get either a major buff or a full rework. This would 1. Make people not as scared to open up their 5 star crystals and 2. Make people that got unlucky and pulled these champions feel not as upset about it.
