New Player, Looking for Alliance

I'm an active player looking for an alliance that opens alliance quest so that I can participate. Currently grinding 3 star features, will be grinding 4 star basics in about a week. My friend is a veteran who has taught me the min-maxing for different events. Line/Discord if needed.
