No announcements. They look like solid gambles, but no numbers has me worried they are low.

    No screenshot to confirm but a friend of mine opened a tier 4 rift crystal and got 500 5* shards

    T2A Frags come in at 9000. That is only using the 1 I opened and 2 opened by alliance members, but all 3 gave 9000.

    i've opened 2 crystals, and received 9K T2A frags and 1K 5 star shards respectively :)
