What's Up with Domino's block break?

Is Domino supposed to be able to break through block? I don't see anything in her abilities yet she always breaks my champs blocks. Is this a bug?

    What is actually happening is you are dashing back too early on her medium hit and its connecting. Theres supposed to have been a bug fix that fixed the mediums speed and also prevents your champ from dropping the block. Much like how Draxs' medium attack works.

    I hold on my block for longer than usual and she still breaks it

    Shes is not capable of breaking blocks. I 100%, without a shadow of a doubt can guarantee she can not break blocks.
