Hi,
There are a lot of people that spend a lot money on this game, but the customer support responses are almost non-existent. It would be be beneficial to add a monthly membership for access to a customer support number/email along with units and shards upon daily login around $9.99.
A common example of an appropriate customer service response would include a pizza place providing you a replacement pizza if the product was not correctly delivered. Would it not be appropriate for Kabam to do the same if there is a technical issue with their product (especially if it can be documented)?
