AI executing l1/l2 before power meter is filled up?

I experience this a few times in AQ. The AI can execute 2 x l1 consecutively. Also, AI did a l2 while power meter is halfway between l1 and l2.

Is it only me?

Unsure if this is a similar issue. I suffer from AI activating special 3 when I am in a combo. It feels like the AI can lightning quick do a intercept while being hit and execute a special 3. Is this normal?

Iron patriot has done it a few times to me and I thought it was strange getting 2 specials one after the other but it was his Sig ability that refilled his power meter some champs can do it on a regular basis phoenix is a culprit for consecutive specials

I recall it to be a mystic symboid so yeah possible to be a power gain node. However, when AI ran the 2nd l1 immediately after the 1st l1, the power meter has to be lower than l1 isn't it? Unless the first l1 does also adds to the power meter.

Just fought Cable in Arena. He fired l1 2 times consecutively. It happens during his power gain so yeah, most probably l1 during power gain does contribute to the power meter too.

Nope. Just fought Joe in Masters. He launched his l1 consecutively.
