Rift Rewards

Hi guys,
Anyone else having issues with rewards from the rifts? A couple I didn't get anything and this morning I did epic and received on the path an awakening class stone for a 5* (was very excited) but when I completed the map it was a class rank level stone. By that I mean say 20 to move up to 25 stone not a full level up stone.

I have put in a ticket but my group says that they are having similar issues as well.

Kabam Mine any insight?
