It’s a no in my opinion, that’s rank 2-3. I mean the sig stones are nice but that’s 500 units for a mid game player that could be spending units on masteries.

This is a multi-offer, getting the first unlocks a second and followed by a third.

For a total of 2,250 units, a champ goes straight from rank 2 to max rank.

How long will you get 8 T4BC and 3 T4CC (of the same class)?

If it is many months grind (and still subject to RNG on T4CC) and there is a game-changing champ sitting on roster (e.g. Domino) and you have the units ... why not?

Clearly no. But if you’re a newer player, then possibly. It just depends on where you are in the game

Depends where you’re at but this is terrible value IMO. Especially given the July 4th deals are around the corner
