Incomplete Rift due to emergency maintenance compensation

Are we still waiting on appropriate compensation being calculated or has Kabam decided that server crashes are part of the game?
It seemed that many rift runs were effected by the crash but I haven’t heard anymore since my ticket was closed
Any update would be appreciated thanks

ITS been a long time we have got a compensation having 5* shards

There was a comment by Miike which stated people affected would receive the Coral back. It's just a matter of when they get to sending it out. Sit tight!

I had completed the T2A path on epic and was 2 seconds from collecting rewards, going to be devastated if i get my coral back as I’ve had 500 x 5* shards or sig stone every other time

We are planning on sending out Coral to those who couldn't complete the rift they were in because of the downtime. Keep an eye out for it in your inbox some time this week.
