Which 5* Cosmic to Use a 3-->4 Gem on?

Just want opinions because I can't decide. Medusa, Venom The Duck, or Hyperion

Venom the Duck I enjoy a little more than either of the other two, but I like em all a lot in general. Hyperion would need to go to R3 first before I can use the gem on him.

VtD is not awakened, Hyperion is not awakened, and Medusa is at sig 20.

    Had the same hard decision to make months ago (but it was R4 to R5) and I ended up choosing Medusa. The reason was because Hyperion is really poweful even at R4, so I suggest to rank him first.
