I need a little clarification with thing

This is confusing me a bit. After fighting juggernaut in realm of legends and 600 hits later......(deep breath). My impression on this is that all attacks nullify unstoppable buffs after a special attack but that does not seem to happen.
So does his special attacks (only) nullify unstoppable or is it all attacks nullify?

    I believe it is during the special, as his sp1 for example takes about 8 secs to completely finish.

    After the attack, you’ll get a passive called “Stopping Power.” Until that expires, he’ll nullify Unstoppable.
