Isn't it against Terms and conditions to not have drop rates on the new crystal bundles?

    Huh? They put drop rates on most crystals because it is required by law, not the TOS. That being said the new deal has drop rates listed, you just may have to scroll down.

    It's not law really just an apple TOS for devs

    *edit* there is a chinese law I guess
    And a European Union has one I believe. But sorry for mistaking where it is required.
