Featured 3 star and 4 star Crystals

Just like featured 5* crystals, featured 3 star and 4 star crystals would cost 50% more shards and have a ~20% to award the featured champion.

Or would this break the current system?

I don't know if someone has had this idea before, I just was thinking.

Thoughts?

    Unless it's for collection, is 3* still useful apart from the Arenas?

    It would break the current system, people form 2 or 3 4 star crystals a week so every month players would be able to pull at least 1 featured 4 star which would ruin the exclusivity of the new champions. No one would do the featured arenas especially the 3 star arena, the reason the 5 star featured crystals are available is because it is so much harder to get 5 star shards and the exclusivity is about the same as 4 star featured with more risk so not a large amount of players can get them or go for them.
