Which 4* tech champ to rank 5?

I don’t have any 5* tech champs. Should I take any of these to rank 5?

    If you know how to play Ghost then take her to R5.

    @Marc1980AUgrad : Ist important for ghost to have wasp, and to be good at playing her: If both works for you, ist a definit Ghost r5!
    Otherwhiles Sentinel is super good, too! But he aint the easiest champ, too!
    Both of them are top Champs, the rest is more ore less medium good or bad
