If you are incredibly skilled and have built up a lot of 20% revives its possible. Probably very expensive though. Of this is your first account and you havent done a lot of endgame and mastered dodging specials, intercepting and playing around a wide variety of nodes, it is highly unlikely.

A couple of decent r5 4* will make it so much easier. After one run through completion you will get materials to rank up some champs easily.
