Gifting to alliance's members after completing a specific quest

Many times I find myself needed a thing to upgrade my champion or progress with the game. Is it a ISO-8, gold or something else. I suggest that there would be a quest, that pops frequently and when it is accomplished you can ask to get a gift from fellow members of what you need at that moment. A fellow members that has what you want can give it to you if he has completed the quest also. In that way, the things don't get chaotic and a smooth progress can be done without too much stress. Just an idea that came to me, while playing the game today.
