Help from veterans and Cavaliers with ranking up

Which ones should I rank up? I have enough to rank up a 5* from rank 3 to 4

AND

a 5* from rank 4 to 5

OR

a 6* from rank 1 to 2.

My goals include:
1 - try to make UC easier for me to 100% it each month
2 - to become cavalier
3 - to 100% Act 5

Right now I've completed Act 5 (not 100%).

6* red hulk from rank 1 to 2

5* omega red from rank 3 to 4 to 5

5* blade from rank 3 to 4

5* star lord from rank 3 to 4

5* emma frost.


Red hulk, blade emma frost are locked.

The rest r unlocked.
