How to farm T4 Basic Catalysts?

As the title says, I'm running low on T4 Basic Catalysts, I need those to get my 4 star champions to 4/40 and get Uncollected.

For that I'd need around 12-15 more T4 Basic Catalysts. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
