Can’t make purchases anymore

On my in game screen appears I can’t make any purchases that they are no longer available. I send a ticket to kabam support and no response. It’s been 3 days since I send it and I am stuck at my final fight with the champion since then. @Kabam Miike what do I do in my situation maybe you or someone here can help me with a response a clear one.

    Mike cannot help you, you have to wait for support, but if you got refunded anything that would explain it
