I recently formed this alliance for my second account. Made it an open alliance at first, but made it request.

It would be a great place for people starting second accounts and serious newbies.

    With this new login calendar, it's the perfect time to start a second account if you've been thinking of doing it.

    Why not put it in an alliance with others similarly situated?
