Incorrect reward for aw win

Hi, in the last war we were at tier 2.4 but only got 170 5* shards which is the reward for winning at tier 2.3. I logged a ticked with kabam support but no response yet after 24hrs. Any other alliance have this issue or is there something I have missed that may explain it?
