Dormammu and The Hood share this synergy (and Mordo is used to activate them too).
According to what was said about this synergy: "the only thing that stacks is the chance to revive, not the HP regenerated, and it will still only trigger once per hero per fight".
Today I fought against a team with these 3 champions in the arena, and Dormammu revived twice in the same battle.
