Question...does someone actually read a ticket submitted by a summoner? Or do you databases dump them into specific buckets based on searches for key words and phrases? Then canned responses sent?

I ask this because almost every ticket I have submitted in the last few years gets canned responses that have nothing to do with the issue raised. Maybe laterally by some topic, but not directly or helpful.

It wastes a lot of time having to respond to these canned responses restating the issue again and again. Plus is extremely frustrating.
