Class trip gates

Kabam, I entered epic class trip and found there are two gates: one requiring spidermen og and the other, green gobs. Good thing there’s one free path, otherwise I wouldve wasted one souvenir ticket.
I saw the gates when i tap the quest requirements after completing the quest. Can you make the gates act like a requirement similar to story quest such that we cant enter without the champion requirement? It would help some summoners, I think.
