Cull Obsidian Bug?

So when I’ve been playing my 4/55 cull in the new event quest, if he has more then one Thanos’s favor buff, the expire really fast then it goes down to one and the one finishes the time it’s supposed to take. It happens every fight. Is anyone else having this problem?
