To wait? 4* science awakening gem

So, I have 21 4*s, 4 awakened, 7 at ranked 4.

Science champs.
1/ Cap OG
2/ She-Hulk
3/ Fixit
4/ Ant-Man

Obviously, the gem should be for the likes of WWII, Hulk.

I don't know if I will ever get them, my very slow 4* shards accumulation. I don't even know if the great science champs are still in 4* crystal.

For some progression, I think I should just use the gem once I have enough Isos to rank them.

Tired of waiting but ...
Any thoughts for low tier player like me?

    Wait I'd say, if you can clear master you'll be able to pull 1 4* from that alone, with the buff in the amount of 4* shards they are giving for heroic/master completion/exploration you'll start pulling more 4* in no time. With my luck I've used items like that then pulled the champ I was waiting for the following crystal. But if you're paitnet enough def save it bud.
