Pulled this guy as a 5* just now. Classic question: does he need his sig to be good and is he worth rank 4?

    Short answer: no and yes. Sig ability is not necessary for taking him up to 4/55. He is a great champ. Congratulations...

    I just pulled a 6* Magneto :'(
