The time of reckoning is upon us. It has already struck too many alliances, strong or weak. There is no mercy in MCOC when it comes down to alliances just trying to hang on and survive. There is no recruiting tool that was mentioned around 6 months ago. It would completely change the game around and help alliances be able to fill spots that are almost impossible to fill unless you’re willing to spend countless hours on these forums. And most of the players in these forums are usually ones who join a new alliance every week. All the good ones are taken. Now I know what it feels like to be a chick that can’t find a husband and is always complaining that all the good ones are already taken. Well I’m not a girl, I’m a man. What are you? We need men and women to join us and reclaim title of best casual alliance in game. There are so many so copied to blueprint that we laid out, and a few have been successful, so congrats to them. All the other imposters can die out like the rest of the alliances who want to copycat others.
Alright, so what was the point of that first paragraph. I really don’t know, you tell me. I guess it’s to get your attention and to spark interest into what we have to offer. What we’re doing here is trying to make today, the day you change your life and do what’s best for you. Most have already found a nice stable alliance that suits them, some have found alliances that are “good enough” for them, and then there’s those who will never be satisfied or happy no matter where they are. What we’re looking for is players who know the game, have been there and done that. Veterans or rookies, young or old, if you like/love the game and are active but are also active in real life, but you still want to make progress and make the most out of your time, please keep reading. If you’re already sick of reading, hopefully you graduated 6th grade at least, so you can get one of those jobs that no body else wants.
We have a wide variety of players from all over the world. We use LINE chat for communication. We try to keep it funny and relaxed, but want to get the job down and take care of business when the time comes. We currently need help with AW/AQ. The first half of the year has been a rough one for many alliances and even the strongest alliances have been victims of people retiring and other things that have caused so many of us to have to relocate. We’re hanging in there and doing the best we can to survive too. But the time is here. We’re sick of asking for change and looking they dumpsters for food. We’re taking what’s yours and making it ours. We used to run things around here and that’s what needs to happen again.
Recruiting is the worst part of this game. It’s the most time consuming and least successful part of this game. The recruitment tool that was supposed to be added to the game needs to be put in ASAP if you want game to thrive. I’m sure game still makes plenty of money, but losing so many players just due to alliances falling apart and the hassle of having to find a new alliance and trying to replace players and so forth.
What we’re offering is a spot for you or you and your friends/family to kick some ass and take names. We used to be a tier 5 War alliance trying to reach Gold 1/Platinum 3. After a rough 6 months, we’re struggling to maintain Silver and just can’t wait to get back to Gold season. We were down to around 10 members. The only reason this happened is because of fires in California that burnt down alliance leaders house in Paradise, CA leaving him homeless for a couple months. We were stronger than ever before this happened.
Without leadership in place, alliance slowly lost one member at a time, until it reached a point where there was mass exodus from merger groups of friends that wanted to join stronger or more stable alliances. That’s Justin how the game goes. You can be the best leader in the world but take a few weeks off and watch it all go to hell overnight.
We can’t offer you top 100 AQ rewards. We can’t offer you countless 6* shards from being the one of the toughest War alliances in the game. What we can offer is that you will make a difference here. Every active contributing member makes a HUGE difference here. Besides all of the hardcore alliances who require donations and have perfect structure and leadership, we are set and have all of the tools in place if you are someone who trusts the judgement of your higher ranking officers and doesn’t constantly question everything. It’s not a bad thing to ask questions and always good to get answers. But it’s very annoying when some who just joins thinks they can come in and no how to run the place. What we’re really looking for are players who know they’ll be here until the end. People who have too much invested and quitting isn’t really something that comes to mind. Players who know what they’re doing and don’t need really need direction. Our alliance is basic and straight forward and is designed to run itself. All that it requires is the the right type of people to contribute and help remove any obstacles (people in the way that need to be killed) that stand between us and our goals. Our goals are to be around top 3000 AQ. I know that not much but it’s around the Tier 4 Basic weekly reward and enough Glory to be able to still be able to level up champs at a decent rate without having to dedicate your life to being in a map 5/6 alliance where your on call what seems like 24/7. We do have a rush hour or crunch time when it AW/AQ only has an hour or two left sometimes where we need to finish up. But that’s not a problem. We want to get back to Tier 5 War. It’s still a challenge for even the toughest season veterans. It’s nothing for Tier 1-3 players. But you could be an idol or a hero here helping lead the team to victory. We don’t require donations and that is why we use term “casual” alliance. We have plenty of players who have been hardcore alliances and don’t endgame content. We need more like minded individuals who are all in the same state of mind and just want to make the most out of the time they have without having to dedicate every waking moment.
We will never be the strongest alliance. We don’t want to be. We want to be the best that we can without having to sacrifice everything else we have to get there. We have military personnel, students, workers, parents, etc... We’re the perfect alliance for those who have busy lives but still, like to get in some War and help clear AQ daily. It’s only takes a few minutes to reap the rewards from helping AW/AQ. And we need your help. We’re done with phase 1 of the rebuilding process where we just need to fill up spots with anyone who could help. We’re in phase 2 now where we are replacing less active and non-contributing or weaker members with more active and more reliable stronger players. Average around 500K rating. Please fill free to see if you would fit in with us. We have possible merger(s) taking place to get us those members that we need. We will still need probably at least 5 more to complete the process. Please take serious consideration when thinking this over and know that we will not let out members down if your are dedicated to the process and understand that it doos not happen overnight. We are not starting from scratch or anything like that, but we do need some time to complete phase 2 and get back to the top of the casual alliance #1 spot.
