Do Only 3 members in Alliance get champ from arena??

My Alliance mates scored 4m, 3.8m and 3.63m respectively and i score 3.6 m. They got x23 but i didn't. Please help i got only shards

    Sounds like you JUUUUUUUUUST missed the cutoff by a few points

    I know that pain all too well…
    Back when Ultron was a basic in the old system I scored about 200k short of getting him and was stuck with a 3* Kamala Khan

    I think missed by around 30k. I can even make 6m easily but i grow tired of arena. Damn
