1k offers for 5k shards I get. but 1k 6star shard not get and alpha 2 also not got.

    Hey Zulfikar001, I'm sorry to hear you didn't receive all the Items from the Deal you purchased. If you haven't already, I recommend trying the troubleshooting steps below in an effort to resolve this issue.

    - iOS Troubleshooting
    - Android Troubleshooting

    After performing those steps, please check for the missing Items once more. If you're still unable to see all the Items you feel should be there, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team for further assistance. You can contact them by clicking HERE.
