Cant enlist in war?

Matchmaking starts in 1 hour. When i click to enlist it doesnt work. Its still showing not enlisted. Anyone else having this problem?

    It happens to me in both my Alliances. Logging out and logging back in seems to fix it.

    Ive tried that and had 2 officers try. We still cant enlist.
