Which 5* champs to spend rank up resources on

I'm sitting on about 10 t2a, 4 t5b and a fair bit of t4cc. There are a lot of 5* champs that would all be great to rank up, but wondering who would be most useful to upgrade for act 6 and the two variants, which are next on my list of content to work on. I also have the 5* generic awakening gem which could be applied to any of these. My 6* stars are a largely garbage so right now they aren't making the list.

A couple of roster notes:
  • I already have 5* SE Spider Man at rank 5, and a 4* Ghost Rider to round out the trinity, but no good for Act 6
  • I have Red hulk and Massacre as 4*s, again no good for Act 6
  • I have a 4* wasp and 5* Antman for Ghost, again no good for Act 6

    Do corvus and omega red need the suicide masteries to be worth the rank 5 over the others. I currently don’t have them unlocked, but could work on them.

    Omega Red (sig 140) to rank 5
    He’s a beast for act 6 and is solid for variant 2, Brian grant has been using him a ton in his itemless runs, he’s also solid for non robots in variant 1, but he’s limited to the easiest quests
