So on my second account i got a 4/55 Duped Venom , 55/55 unduped Kingpin and 50/50 Duped Rhulk for Variant that i used to go through it once. It costed me about 300 units to go through it once (I was lazy sometimes and didn't want to retry so i revived through).
I would rate my playstyle a 8/10 so how many Items / units / revives do you think i'll need to explore it?
im almost done with exploration on ch1.

Science Adaptoid most problematic
Don’t know but it took me 1000 units to get finished with the science adaptoid to 100% exploration.
