Homesick Crystal Glitch/Bug

Greetings and good day:
Today I opened started to open up some of my Homesick Crystals. However there is a major issue with it as to there is nothing in these crystals other than 2 star champions. I spun out multiple crystals to never see anything but 2 stars. Could you please look into this if you have not been notified already about it. I took multiple screen shots, but there are too many to put up here. Thank you for your time.
