Any intent to buff Green Goblin?

Really like the animations Green Goblin,but he is far from even reliable.
Just put is power drain in the S1 100%,that really change the character from trash to useful

    He could do with a buff but he’s better than the worst, not top of the list

    Just put is s1 100% effective and call it the day. Just got a 6 star,and is just frustrating to play with. And that a shame because is animations are great
