How can i get master ticket for class trip

My summoner level is 38 i cant find ticket anywhere i only find heroic and other lower levels. Ive not seen master and epic. Where can i get them

    I believe it's related to story progression titles i.e. to get master you need to complete act 4 and to get epic you need to complete act 5 chapter 2 (uncollected)
