"Terrific tetra crystal"

I was browsing offers on july 4th and saw a crystal included in one of the offers called a "terrific tetra crystal" apparently it offered a selection of only god tiers and above with a 1-2 OK champs sprinkled in. These Crystal's should be offered for 4-6 star champions, Maybe for 4000-6000 shards for 4 stars and 25,000 shards for 5 and 6 stars?
