Wolverine regeneration broken?

In AQ I use wolverine all the time. Since the update, I often am going 35-40 hits with one or no regenerations. Since I brought him to r5, this is the first time this has happened. A number of my other teammates have noticed the same thing. It can't be just random bad luck for everyone using wolverine in our alliance to have this happen.

    I haven't had this with Original Wolverine but HAVE noticed it with x23. Also Ultron's energy absorption has not been working the same at all. Very noticeable.
    Maybe some changes in regeneration mechanics recently?

    I've noticed the one for X23... and Ultron too. I've used IOS and Android, and got the outcome

    It's just luck. My wolverine did better than usual today. Was stacking Regen in every fight at least once.
