Class rotation quests

The t3 daily class catalyst fragment quest is terrible. Please make it so that you can get a fully formed t3 class catalyst for exploration like the previous 2 quests. I’ve gone through 4 paths of this and haven’t even formed a t3 mutant yet..not to mention the 3 energy a tile.
How is it there are so many ways to get t4cc but no convenient way to get specific t3cc.
