Spider Gwen heavy-special chain

I noticed in arena and and this month’s EQ that I am not able to punish spider gwen after she uses her heavy attack.
If she has bar or two bars if power she is chaining those special right after heavy making it impossible to hit her after heavy attack.
Did anyone else see this? Is she supposed to do that?

Try using Venom , or AA heavy only !
Once you get a Neurotoxin on her , it's a easy win

Didn't she have Heavy-Hitter in EQ? Might just give her Unstoppable long enough to chain a special.
