Rouge is a champion that needs upgrade with each new champs release.
Just think about her powers and mechanism. Stealing all kind of buff and sending it over to the opponent. Even damage over time buffs.
& The way her sp2 works it should also have a heal block too. Such an awesome champ.
& May be this won't have to be a re buff rouge.
May 1 senergy can add it all. Like between magic and rouge if there's a senergy, wouldn't that be awesome?
Rouge gets a heal block buff with her usual sp2 and extra regen. With critical hit while magic get's critical rating increased.
