Who to upgrade?

These are my tech 4* champions, I don't like them too much but I've so much of tech ISO in inventory, so whome to upgrade?

If SL is duped, then he's definitely the pick, if not, Vision. You don't say where you're at or what you're looking for in a champ, so in a vacuum, those would be the picks.

Mostly correct but Vision is still better than duped iron man

then yeah, I'd go Vision or wait. Vision can be helpful if you're struggling with baiting specials or power control in general, he just doesn't hit super hard
