Venom True Strike bug

I was fighting against a Modok (Hidden node) in AW with venom. Modok had about 3× bleed on him. I threw my L2 assuming that once it hit, Modok would be at 18% health, but it was 19%. For the rest of the hits, that was not the case. Venom allows you to have true strike and unblockable specials when the opponent is under 18% health. Modok blocked all hits of Venoms L2.

Specials only unblockable if u use special when they are at that % of health if he blocked he can still block even if he goes under that %

When you launched your special 2, it wasn't unblockable. The unblockable mechanic of special attacks is triggered when launching them, not in the middle of the special attack itself
